Do you find being out in nature relaxing? Would you like to learn how nature can support your mental health, help you to feel calmer, still your busy mind, be more connected to yourself and your body?
Join this small community of no more than 10 people, every Tuesday 6.30pm-8.30pm between the 4th June and the 24th September, to take time out for yourself, experience Reiki and mindfulness out in nature.
Each week we'll meet outside Roundhay Lakeside Cafe and then move to an appropriate area of the park for the activity we are doing that week.
This is an opportunity to take some time out for yourself, notice what is getting in the way of you feeling connected to your life, your community, and your sense of possibility. It's about slowing down so we can better listen, to ourselves, and to each other.
Expect to learn more about Reiki, mindfulness, season celebrations, guided meditations, feel the powerful connection to nature, that can help us to slow down and feel relaxed.
Each week we'll explore new themes and practices together, we'll rest, restore and play in nature as a group.
The session will run every week whatever the weather, so please wear appropriate clothing.
