My Story

Discovering Reiki and Mindfulness was life-changing and necessary for me. After my son was stillborn and my heart was broken. I had to look for a new way to live and be excited by life again. 

Reiki and Mindfulness taught me to calm my mind in the face of adversity and helped me to process all of the difficult stored emotions I was hiding from myself and the people around me. They helped me to reduce my anxiety and depression, see the good in the world and filled my heart with hope. 

So when a year later, I found a lump in my breast, that turned out to be Breast Cancer (from which I am now fully recovered). I wasn't lost or alone I knew exactly what I could do to best support and empower myself throughout treatment. This diagnosis although very traumatic at the time, was the catalyst for BIG change, I trained to be a Reiki Master Practitioner/Teacher and then to be a Mindfulness Teacher.

Both of these practices and Shamanic healing training gave me so much comfort & supported me to; 

  • Have better sleep,

  • Manage my anxiety & depression

  • Helped me to build my self confidence

  • Process difficult emotions from past trauma & grief

  • Helped me to feel empowered throughout treatment

  • Supported me to really relax

  • Connect to my womb space, and feminine energy

  • Connect to nature

  • Better understand the cycles of life, nature and deep connection of a loving community.  

  • Build loving relationships with mutual respect

  • Build a loving relationship with myself filled with loving kindness.

And many more benefits! I have been lucky enough to heal and train with a number of extraordinary women, that have taught me many mindful practices and now it's time for me to share all that I have learned with you.

My Approach

As a Reiki Master Practitioner and Mindfulness Teacher, my main aim is to create a haven of peace and wellbeing just for you. A place where you feel able to express yourself without judgement, take time just for yourself to rest, relax and replenish. Anyone new to working with me, will have a longer first session that will allow for us to get to know each other, for me to asses your needs and offer a little insight into how to best support you. 

My clients come to me for a number of reasons, some come just to relax, some use it for stressful situations and some to get help with specific issues such as; chronic pain, insomnia, depression, fatigue, weight gain, or confidence for a new work project or better working relationships.

 

Other people I have worked with are facing more serious challenges such as; cancer, multiple sclerosis or diabetes and have found reiki has provided relief from symptoms, it is a great support alongside western medicine. 

Each session curated just for you following my intuition and what feels right, We'll work together to tailor a plan to fulfil your needs. We'll decide how we move forward in supporting you to feel your best possible self and love life to the fullest

The setting changes depending on your needs, we could be out connecting with nature, in my treatment room for reiki healing or mindfulness session, or even in your office space working together as a group. 

The first most important thing to me is that you feel supported as we work in collaboration together, I have spent a lot of time reconnecting with my intuition and learning traditional practices ,to enhance wellbeing, so that I may be of service to you.
