About Me

Hi I'm Lexi Frier, a qualified Reiki Master Practitioner and Mindfulness Teacher I'm registered with the UK Reiki Federation and currently working on my CNHC Registration and Reiki Teacher Qualification.

I was guided to reiki and mindfulness, through a friend and was awe-struck by the profound healing received on a physical, mental and emotional level.

This fulled my passion to understand how to support others, to support themselves, to heal.

Through a lot of study, and continued work I have gained a varied insight into different practices, that promote relaxation, reconnection to self and nature, meaning; a beautiful life filled with wonder, gratitude and love.

And so Nature-Angel was born!
